_module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_text_color=&#8221;#707070&#8243;]<ol>\n<li>Ramollir le beurre et battre les oeufs enomelette.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un saladier, mettre la farine, le beurre, lesucre, le sel, les oeufs et le rhum.<\/li>\n<li>Une fois m\u00e9lang\u00e9 ajouter la bi\u00e8re (gr\u00e2ce auxlevures, les bugnes seront plus a\u00e9riennes).<\/li>\n<li>Former une boule homog\u00e8ne et laisser reposer3h au frais.<\/li>\n<li>Faire chauffer l\u2019huile neutre \u00e0 180\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9taler la p\u00e2te au rouleau avec une \u00e9paisseurd\u2019un cm environs.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9tailler en bandelette de 10 cm de long et 4 cmde large.<\/li>\n<li>Faire une fente au milieu, y passer une extr\u00e9mit\u00e9dedans pour faire un noeud.<\/li>\n<li>Plonger les bugnes d\u00e9licatement dans l\u2019huile,puis les retourner d\u00e9licatement.<\/li>\n<li>Les \u00e9goutter sur du papier.<\/li>\n<li>Saupoudrer de sucres glace.<\/li>\n<\/ol>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_button button_url=&#8221;https:\/\/www.paulmas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Recette-bugnes-FR2.pdf&#8221;
