Côté Mas Frisante
This sparkling wine is elaborated following the Charmat method. Still wine is put in a pressurized tank, sugar and natural yeasts are added to create sparkling wine. The fermentation in tank lasts for 4 weeks. The wine is then filtered in bulk and bottled.
Colour: Bright and limpid yellow, fine and numerous bubbles
Nose: Intense fruits and white flowers
Palate: Perfect harmony between the Piquepoul and Chardonnay with a fresh and intense ending.
Food pairing: Best served cool (6°C-8°C), this Frisante will be very enjoyable with all your meals as well as fruits desserts or alone as a relaxing drink.
